Poor Response from Customer / Nokia Care

I purchase one set NOKIA 7310C on 25-01 but with in two month its keypad not working properly. I went to the shopkeeper with the and told him about the problem. He suggested to check with NOKIA CARE as the set is in warranty period. As suggested by shopkeeper I went to the nearby (Baddi - Himachal Pradesh) NOKIA CARE CENTRE and they prepaired a SERVICE JOB SHEET No.142433527/090321/9 dated 21-03. They advised if problem can be sorted out at their end they will return the set by 23-03. On 23-03 they told that the problem is not being sorted out at their end and send the set to their DELHI Office and verbally commited to returned the set within 10-12 days after repaired. After being regular followup with them, they are not clearing the status. I filed the complaint with NOKIA care also on 04-04, but still they have not positive response. Again I went to the NOKIA CARE CENTRE (BADDI - H.P.) and ask about status. They told that set has been repaired and expected to reach them by 10-04, but today I check with the customer care and surprised to hear that the set did not repaired and it will take another 10 days.

Now I fed up with such type of poor service of NOKIA CARE.
