Malfunctioing of Keypad

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Nokia 7310 C Supernova (IMEI No. 353550028489018) on 29 October from Planet M, New Market, Kolkata. Keys 7 8 9 does not work. As the phone is still under warranty I request your goodself to please help me out.
