Slider problem

Sir,

i purchased a nokia 7610 supernova mobile on 23/10/09 whose imei no =356043031172547 .and is still in its warranty period.

The mobile was ok till one month but it had slider problems later... there was a big gap between the slider and phone and the display also was a sort of diffrent it looked concave which normal previously.

i went and enquired about this in madurai. There the service engineer never even looked at it properly and said it cannot be repaired and there was no warranty for display. and he said that he never saw any problem there . how is this possible sir i purchased this mobile with my hard earned money working day and night... and things are very hard now... i should have gone for lower version... but i thought ok let me try once for a good mobile and now iam held up...

please help me sir... i spent so much onthis mobile and it not working properly and in the nokia care the employees are not even responding properly... please suggest me some idea sir these things should not happen in india .the customer is not at all respected...
