Since I have purchased this set i.e 7610supernova on dated 22 jan. set is not working properly there are so many complaints attended by your centres several times but not up to the satisfaction. on dated 27th aug again set is deposited at your service centre at jwala heri, new delhi and i was told to collect after 15 days.
I am facing a lot of trouble without set . kindly look into the matter and provide me a new set in replacement as i can not wait again and again. thanking you
