I am purchase new mobile phone at 4 sep which company is NOKIA & my mobile model no is CO-5 02 . Now I have many problems in my mobile phone but the service center employees was saying me we can't do anying. I brought C-5 02 on 04th Sep 20011 thinking Nokia is the BEST among all the other companies, but I was wrong and now I believe your handsets are not only Dabba, But Nokia Service is also Hopeless.
Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
