How to get original battary

Dear sir

i want to change my handsets battary, i visited nokia outlet, they show me a battary BL-5B of Rs740/. i asked them for guaranty card but they refused and told their is no guarenty card available

with battry.is it true? A global compny sell its product without guarenty/warenty card.pl answer
