Dear Cutomer care,
This is to bring into your kind notice that I have purchased the above mentioned bluetooth handset of Nokia from one of yours local dealer in Noida (UP). After using the same for some days (15-20days), the ear holder of the device got broken. Since then I have been trying to get a replaccement of it without any success. I had tried hard to find the same with most of the Nokia dealerships in and around Delhi NCR.There has been a negative response from all of your marketing agensts/dealers forcing me to write this mail.
Nokia, due to its good quality of products and better support has always been a preffered brand for me.
Looking for a promt and early response for the replacement of the device.
