I am Anurag Sharma, i had submitted a Nokia BH-204 bluetooth headset in the local service center in Jaipur (Opp. Lakshmi mandir), because of a connectivity problem in the headset, on the 19/02/08 and i was told that it wil get replace and the process would take round about 10 days and on the 29th feb i could collect the headset, but on the promised date i ws told that the headset has not yet arrived nd i was told to contact them after 5 workin days. After 5 days, i tried to contact the service center by phone but the attempt faild because my call was being disconected and nobody in the service center even bothered to answer the call. Feelin helplss i had to go down to the service center and this time i was told that the headset has still not arrived and this would take another 10 dys, and the employs of the service center had delt with the query in an very unprofessional manner and were quiet rude, I had also registered a complain against the service center (complain no2-2 vnydn) and this time i was assured that the headset would b delivered on the 19th of march. I have contacted the service center on the 23rd of march and nw the date i have been given is the 24th of march, and jst as earlier as well, i had to keep ringing the number for almost 30 min, and at times the call ws disconnecetd as well.
Nokia and its service center have completely failed to provide the service the promise to provide to the customers and this is an absolutely unprofessional attitude shown from Nokia. I would request u to plz look into the matter and respond with an positive response as soon as possible
