Replacement of Nokia E90 set Colour Maroon Batch no. 353660010636912
We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The keypad does not work properply. It does not respond on pressing the key. No buttons work and phone cannot be received when a call is coming. I have given my phone in nokia care-Gorakhpur branch (U.P) and it's about 6 months and there is no response from that side. Every time i approach to nokia care they ask for some time.my phone has been regiven 3 times in nokia care under gaurantee period with the same problem. So i want you to replace my set as soon as possible because it's been a long time. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
