Non replacement of malfunctioning mobile

Dear Sir,

I purchased Nokia N 73 music edition mobile in April 08. It has a warranty period of one year. In September the phone became dead phone. So I given the mobile to Bikaner local noki care center M/s Aditya Enterprises on 9th September Now on this day i.e. 21-11 a time period of almost two and half month has elapsed but no replaced mobile has been given to me.
