Dear Sir,
I purchased nokia 6500 slide IMEI Number - 353547024457700 on May from Nokia Priority, Sector 18, Noida.
Soon I realised the there was a problem in memory card detection. Despite this all features in phone were working fine.
I gave my phone to service centre - Nokia Care, A 78, Sector 2, Noida.
The phone got repaired in two days. The problem got solved. But instead new problem got created.
There was a time difference between my message in inbox and real time at which message was sent.
I went to the same service centre again and after hours of wait, I was told that this is a hardware problem and will be corrected in atleast 15 days.
Are consumer will just have to revolve around nokia care to get a all features functional?
It is not possible to submit phone in Nokia care every fortnight for serveral days and survive without a mobile.
I was not even told that how to escalate the problem or what I have to do get my phone replaced?
Please help...
