PURCHASED NEW E-71 (FAULTY)

I puchased new nokia E-71 on 4th January (this month) and from day one the phone is not working properly the major problem is that the Menu do not open... I requested Nokia to replace this faulty handet but they refused and asked me to give it to Nokia Care so that the issue can be resolved but even after trying for FOUR TIMES Nokia care's pathetic engineers were not able to resolve the issue...

Dont Know what to do???
