I have purchased new mobile Nokia - model -3600s on 13.01.2009 at Big C, chandanagar, Hyderabad.

On 05.02. the phone was found light was not glowing and power was not getting switched on. The phone is dead.
I am very sorry to say that the big company like Nokia, mobiles are failing within a month.
Because of poor quality of mobiles, customer like me are suffering. Now I am feeling that I could have purchased other company mobile. I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH NOKIA.
I was asked to sumit the mobile at Devata communications, Kukatpally, which I have submitted on 09.02.2009. (job sheet no : 538434038/090209/52). They have informed me that it will take 15 days to rectify the problem. This is very bad. How can I wait 15 days, for the negligence of Nokia. How can you make customers to suffer like this after spending about Rs 10, 000 on purchase of mobile.
As an engineer, I can confidently say that the mobile has failed due to poor quality and negligence of Nokia.
I need new mobile instead of repairing it. Kindly arrange to send new mobile within 48 hours. Pl note that I can't wait for 15 days.
