I would like to complain against NOKIA I have purchased a NOKIA Handset the detail of which is given below

Two days after purchase my mobile stopped Functioning but due to paucity of time could not visit any service centre and on 24th June I called up Nokia Regional Office at 40062264 and i had the chance to Interact with Ms Rangana Biswas and seeked replacement but on her advice and pursuance I dropped the claim of replacement and has agreed to get the servicing Done whereby i a Brand New Handset that was not even used for Two Days, the mother Board of the phone was replaced (as told byt the Ganesh Chandra Avenue Service Centre) and even the battery had to be replaced, but i agreed and started using. After 3 Months few parts of the mobile started peeling off and in the month of December again the Mobile Stopped Functioning and i Called Rangana Biswas to redress the issue, Initially she interacted and asked me to go to Service Centre and when i went to the service centre they said as few parts are broken (Refering to external parts which has nothig to do with the functionality) i need to get those things done and i shall be charged - for the same and then only my device will be considered under warranty, for which i Called Rangana and after several attempt to get in touch with her, she refused to talk to me.
This is really shameful that if a consumer is suffering and if he is calling people who has been recruited for this purpose refuses to even talk to the aggrieved consumer.
Sepnding 12100/- on a product is a big thing and I have lost faith in the brand and would seek your help in this reagrd to resolve the matter and get a replacement or refund of the prduct done on an immidiate basis.
