Very Poor Service

Hi,

I am jitender sharma from Gurgaon and my home town Bhiwani. i Purchased a New Nokia 2505 CDMA Handset 4/5 Month Ago and there is a Problem in his Handsfree. I Submit in Nokia Care on 13.01.2009 after submited it I visited in Nokia care 7 or 8 Times but Every time they did not give me a Proper Answer and Its A very Bad Exep. With Nokia. Very Poor Serv. Every Time. Nokia Product is good but Serv. As well As very-2 Poor. I can't Explain It.

Plz. Do needful ASAP...
