i am writing u this complaint as i dont have any confidence in any of govt instituions workings..sir i had purchased a nokia N73 from esaar mobile store on 11th january and till now they have not given me the bill.i have called them and visited them 100 times but nobody has responded to my complaint.

i am in doubt that they have sold me a fake mobile set
