Hi arjun chauhan, i buy a nokia n 82 on 23 apr 08 for 21300 .it started hanging on 9 jan 09 i visited to nokia care center microns telecom c-4 sec-2 noida on 10 jan 09 they said it will be repair in 2 days then they called me n said it was major default it will go to head office will b back in 15 days they dint called me for 25 days after 25 days they called me n said your handset is repaired u can collect it . i went there on 3 feb i collected my phone i cheacked it it was still creating problem but not that much i asked them they said its in all the product of nokia they take some time . i came back after 10 days again it created same problem i went back they colledted my phone n reparir it in 2 days . after some days it created same problem i went back on 2 apr 09 they said it will b repaired i went back to collect it on 4 apr 09 .as i put my sim in handset it hanged .they said leave it for 2 more days it will b resolved now today on 6 apr 09 they called me it is major problem it will send to our head office . i went there n asked them to replace my handset becoz my warenty is going to expire on 23 apr 09 . if they cant repair it in 4 months then what is the surity i will b repaired this time. they said we dont know abt that . its not in our hand . u talk to our manager neha singh . i speak to her she said replacement is not in my hand . and said u just leave i dont hav time . i live in bulandshahr it is 80 km from there center i hav spended 4000rs in petrol but no result . so tell me wat to do
