E63 defective set given and not even replacing it

Respected Sir/Madam,

I bought a Nokia E63. Just after 2 days of purchasing I noticed a Screen Flickering Problem while browsing through Images and in Media Player. I sent took my Phone to Nokia Care center and they could not solve my problem and told me that they will send it to Nokia Level 3. I Requested to Replace my phone and they told that only If Nokia Level 3 could not solve my problem then they will give me new phone. I agreed and sent it to Level 3.Today, after 10 days I got a call from Nokia Care center that my phone is repaired and inform me to collect it. I went to Nokia care and I collect my phone and inspect it. I was stunt by looking that even Nokia Level 3 could not solve my problem and they say that they have solved it. I showed the problem to Center Manager and she told they will again need to send it to Level 3.So now i am saying that instead of wasting my time Nokia should replace my phone. I am not free to play this game passing my phone to Care center then they will pass it to Level 3, Level 3 will return it without solving problem and then again I have to pass it to care center then again they have pass it to Level 3. Have I purchased this phone to play this passing game? I kept my this phone just for 2 days with me after purchasing and rest of all days it was with Nokia Level 3.And now it is already proved that even Level 3 is not able to solve my problem. So its by law you are bound that now you should replace my phone without wasting time. Second thing is that on 24th April I am going abroad for 2 years. So I want my phone repaired before that or new replaced phone before that. Or else return my full money along with interest and compensation because I already wasted my 30 days. I want Nokia care center to bring this issue in notice of HIGHER

AUTHORITY. and to contact me in 48 hours. I have mailed many times to service center. If now after wasting so much time i don't get justice I will be forced to lodge a legal case in Consumer forum and Legal Court. I am really tired of all this issue. Hope to get contact with Higher Authority in 48 hours.
