I would like to bring your attention to my problems, which I regret.
That I bought Mobile "Nokia 5300" from M/s. Richa Electronics, Renukoot,
Dist. Sonebhadra U.P. cash receipt No. 4 Serial No. 180 dated 20.05.2008.
After nine months I feel it`s speaker & receiver are not working properly.
Due to which I approached to your Nokia Service Station 5 times, Where it was under
repair for a week, there after it`s service was not good enough and within
few days it again creating the same problem and I again approached to the
said service center but the problem has not yet been sorted out. In this
connection all the details are enclosed here for your perusal.
these people don't know how to behave with customer
Since the warranty period is up to 16th May Therefore, it is
necessary for me to approach to your goodself for the necessary
rectification.
In this connection I wish to inform you that if I am not getting any
appropriate and satisfactorily response from you then I have no way but to
approach to consumer`s forum for justice.
I hope I am receiving satisfactorily solution of my problem with in
stipulated time. That is 12th May.
