Sir/Madam,

This is my second mail to you. Last time after mailing you i got a call from nokia. They asked me to meet Miss Neha, manager of Nokia care, sector -2, Noida - 201301. After taking a leave from my office, when i visited Nokia care and talked to her, she told me that she has no idea and information about my matter and she can't help me. It really dissapiont me. Still i am facing the same problem. I am also copying my last mail to you (below this letter).

Kindly take a look on this matter once again as early as possible as the warranty period is going to be over this month.

I bought Nokia 5200 in April'08. And within few months, the problem of rebooting and hanging started. I had deposited my cell 6 to 7 times in nokia care center, which is located in sector-2, noida, and infact had a talk with the manager for the same concerned issue but all in vain. the phone has neither been repaired nor replaced despite of being in warranty period.

I m fed up of all this phone submition drama and now wants a real solution for this problem. Kindly look into the issue as soon as possible.
