PF Amount not received

Dear Sir,

I Shri, Pradeep Jha bearing PF no: MH/43967/6578 had applied for PF settlement on Mar`08 but still not received the Settlement amount despite receiving a confirmation letter from PF Office - Thane on Jan`09.

The address from which the confirmation letter was received are as under:

Employee's Provident Fund Organisation,

Regional Office, (Mumbai-II) Thane

Vardan Commercial Complex, 6Th floor,

M.I.D.C, Road no. 16 Wagle Estate, Thane (W) - 400604

In the letter it was clearly mentioned that the PF amount was settled and is sending the Amount to the concerned bank, but till date I, nor my Bank has received the Settlement amount.
