Poor service miss behaviou

Dear Sirs,

I have been using NOKIA mobiles since I understood needs of good mobile but recently an inconvenience disappointed me and I decided to move to SONY.

I realized that my inconvenience might be similar which may have been facing my all NOKIA’s user which forwarded me to put complain or suggestion.

I have visited NOKIA PRIORITY dealer along with my friend in GONDAL (360311) with purpose to add one more NOKIA in my life before couples of months ago. Honestly, I felt soap busy with customers for recharge coupon of prepaid card instead of mobile buyers.

My fallow has also bought points for prepaid card and unfortunately it credited to anther user. We started discussion to resolve miss credit with humble language as well as body language but dealer has not shown a single word of co operation and ended with rude and courtesy less behaviour.

Above said incident is not justifiable. I asked you as user how you select your dealer? Can anyone become dealer of world best mobile company, who look after customers even in hectic situation. If not, why I was charged with rude behaviour and inconveniences in NOKIA PRIORITY GONDAL?

It is preferable that dealer must not do any activities except promoting NOKIA under dealership. Also put dealership through gentle& professional persons who answers politely to customers.

After all if NOKIA understood value of customer, I will look forward to get call from company or gondal dealer for explanations of inconveniences caused to me.
