I V.Premkumar had purchased a mobile on 09-01 vide Invoice No. VIJAY/1830 from Cell Com Retail India Pvt Ltd Vijayanagar Bangalore. The set is nokia 5310 express music. I was having some problems initially with the phone likewise, the battery goes down even though it was fully charged, then the voice reception was also not louder, so I contacted the nokia service center that is BRIGHTCAREE - #25/1, Srikanta Mahal, 1st floor, 1st cross, Sampige Road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore-560003. They took care of the problem and they replaced the old battery with a new battery. And I was using the phone after exchange of battery for a period of 15 days again the same problem persisted so again I contacted the above mentioned service center for exchange of a new set since I was not satisfied with this set. As I requested for exchange of handset they accepted my request and they provided me with an spare handset and sent my express music for an exchange. But still I didn’t get any reply from Nokia or your service center so I request u take action and see that I get a replacement of new set as earlier. I have surrendered my set on 19th May along with a copy of purchase bill I have visited your service center around 8 times but I could not understand about the attitude of Nokia or your service Technicians I request you to kindly sent me a new mobile. If Nokia delays or ignores I may have to restore to legal steps i.e., Cousumer Court for claiming the money with with all the legal and penal provisions. and I will not hesitate to go to press by publishing wide article against your Nokia India.By this I hope Nokia India is a Multi National Company your would have understand the problems and arrange for a new mobile at earliest.
