My self Pradeep Nair, working as an automobile Engineer at Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
I had purchased a Nokia handset two months before, model X press music 5310. After 10 to 15 days I feel some humidity observed inside of screen after my every conversation. When i carefully noticed, I observed during my conversation my ear get Sweating, it gets enters into the screen because of space between side body. That is a manufacturing defect per my observation. After then the phone gets switch off automatically during conversation. I took the phone to Nokia care at Ahmedabad, after there inspection they told me due to entrance of sweat we will not repair in warranty. You have to pay 1450 Rs.
Is right that within a short period I have to pay the mentioned above amount, due to manufacturing or some other problem of product i had purchased every time Nokia product and suggest my friends due to good quality. But this is first time I am suffering this problem and not getting support from service side
