Hanging problem

Respected Sir,

My name is Gopal. i bought Nokia3110C from Univercell on 9/10. But within tendays my mobile got hand suddenly. so i gave my mobile to NokiaCareCenter and got my mobile. Then Later once i used Bluetooth my MP3 did not open since then i have formatted cell for 3 times and 5 times give repair in NokiaCareCenter. now also my mobile is given for service.so please me a solution. what should i do nw?
