Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have purchased Nokia E75 handset IEMI No 356855021110348 from authorized Nokia showroom Star Mobile Ltd, South Ext on 09-05 with bill no 1793. Within three days of purchase the phone (worth Rs 24, 000) started showing problem of LCD going blank/ white/ colorless randomly. This issue was reported to the showroom on 13-05-09 but no cooperation was received from them. When i asked for a replacement, they gave me the address of Nokia care instead and didn't entertained further.
On 04-07-09, when the phone problem became unbearable, i visited Nokia Care Lajpat Nagar center where i was given a manual job sheet no 4335. After two hours they returned me the handset, declaring that it was all right. But to my utter surprise the handset still had the same problem. When i confronted the Nokia branch manager Mr Sachin, i was told that phone will have to sent to service center and it will take one week. Today when i called up the nokia care manager, i am again told that it will take another 15-20 days for the repair.
I feel cheated by Nokia as if brand new cell worth Rs 24000 develops technical snag, the showroom vendor should have replaced the same with new set. Due to this problem, i am facing a lot of mental harassment, my work is getting affected and considerable financial losses (as i am using my mom cell now). I want Nokia to provide me with new E75.
