I purchased my nokia phone on 13th july. I have been experiencing problem from september i.e. the first time I reported Nokia Care for the same. The problem with my handset is with its joystick. The joystick has already been repaired for 6 times till date amd it is the 7th time now. I have handed over my handset to nokia care today to get it repaired. As the original warranty of my handset has expired, I asked Nokia Helpline whether my warranty would be extended because it is the same problem and 2 months have'nt passed since I got it repaired last time for the same problem, it was agreed upon. Thus I submitted my handset within warranty. The Nokia Care Center said that it would take a week's time to get it repaired.
Now, since i've been facing the same problem for over 9 months I would like to know that what is the provision for me if I want to get the handset replaced. I have called Nokia Helpline for more than 5 times to report this problem but they are unable to suggest me any solution. I want my handset to be replaced because the same problem has arisen for the 7th time and it does'nt seem to me that it would ever stop.
If I do not get any permanent solution to my problem even now, I would then like to file a complaint with the CONSUMER FORUM.
