Handset was not repaired

Dear Sir

I purchased one handset of Nokia i e Nokia 2626 as on June'08 after one year automatically IC of network was not working so I give it to NOkia Care Center (Life Style, Infront of Deepak Hotel, 5Civil Lines Sagar (M.P).

After three days they called me told that set was not repaired as it is tempered from inside.so I take back my handset.

Today I again put Sim in a handset and it is working.

I just want to know if they are not able to repair that handset y they told me that set was tempered. If care centers propely not responding to customers, Where the hell customer went for reparing or any other services of Nokia get???
