Ude behavoir of customer care executive

I bought nokia 7210 on 14.06.2009 . After sometime the phone is dead and when i contact nearest nokia care (Chaitanya communications) they refuse to check it by saying they have server problem it happens 2 -3 times. When i complaint the customer care executive of that centre about this. He behave very rudly and say u dont bother to come to this centre. There are other centre in delhi also. So i request you to take appropiate action against such rude and indecent behaviour of customer care executive.below the centre address and mobile no.
