Wrong handling of the mobile set by the authorised Nokia service centre

I have purchased nokia model no 6303 Classic on 12th 0f aug . after some days the display of the set damaged. i took the set to the authorised service centre of nokia at kanpur. there the person replaced some of it parts to make me satisfied that time but after some time the problem remains. now the the same person is saying that owing to my fault it has happpend.

so please help me in this regard as soon as possible...
