Dear sir/madam,
I bought N79 in the month of jan 09 by payng Rs.20, 000/, bt it startd working inefficntly frm the month of aug 09.The screen vry oftenly hugs up, no key works at all, so i hav to switch it off & switch on again. In the month of Sep 09 my 4 GB memory card got corrupted, issues with handset remained same as earlier's. Finally i went to Nokia Care & was informd memory card is outside warranty period, so i hav to buy a new one, dats fine. Bt aftr removng memory card as well handset became worst, i was nt abl to make any calls nor abl to receive tem & went through horribl times of my life. So once again went to Nokia Care on 23 Sep 09 locatd in Residency Road, Bangalore & they just took my handset for repairmnt & said will send it to Head Office & it gona take 19-20 days, so approx i'll get it by 11 oct 09.I also work for a co. & hav a lot of work with my cellphone so requestd for a standby handset in the mean time, they refused & said don't issue stand-by cellphones at all.
But aftr speakng to some repreentative & a sup named partho chakraborty in nokia costomr servc i wz informd that they do issue stand-by handsets bt i hav to contct them for further clarifictions.
So wht should i do now 20days without a cellphone its just disgustng, please its my vry humble request if you can look into my problem & get some resolution or else i hav to send a letter to ur HQ & contct consumer affairs.
