HAVE PURCHASED NOKIA'S NEXT GENERATION SET N79 ON 2/9/09 BEARING IMEI NO 356044030096562 FROM AUTHORISED DEALER. BUT WITHIN A MONTH ON 30/9/09 THE SET FAILED AND SCREEN TOTALLY DISAPPEARS.

I HAVE SUBMITTED THE SET TO LOCAL NOKIA CARE CENTRE SILCHAR, ASSAM LOCATED. THE JOB SHEET NO IS 843 DATED 1/10/09.

I HAVE PURCHASED THIS SET AGAINST RS 14900 (USD 300 APPROX) AND IT IS NOT A SMALL MONEY AS I HAVE WORKED HARD TO EARN THIS MONEY.

BUT AFTER THIS PREMATURE FAILURE MY HEART IS TOTALLY BROKEN AND I GOT A VERY BIG MENTAL SHOCK AND THE SAID DRAGON N79 (MY SET) HAS BECOME MY NIGHTMARE AND IN NO CASE I WANT THIS SET TO BE REPAIRED. I WANT IT TO BE REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
