I was purchase a Nokia 5610 headset from 'Basant Electronics, 14, Rama Market, Munirka, New Delhi - 67 on date.12.10. My headset is creating a problem in keys, So i went to Nokia Care, Kalkaji, New Delhi. Then the customer care executive said to me that In my online checking your warranty period has been expired on 28.09.2009 But the waranty period as per invoice will expire on 11.10.
So i am facing lot of problem / mental agnoy due to non rendring of service by Nokia Care Service.
So Please take the effective steps towards resolving the matter.
