Problem in the speake

I have purchased Nokia 1661 from cellucom showroom, sterling road nungam bakkam chennai. Within 5 days of my use it had a problem in speaker and ear phone when i went to showroom they refused to take care of this thing and asked me directly go to nokia care. I am a working man and get only sunday for such things and on sunday showroom remain closed. Kindly look into the matter my no. is 9884432539
