I have a Nokia Handset, model no. 6030. After seeing in the news I have checked my battery no. of BL-5C battery and found that it should be replaced by a new one and for that I filled the form found in the website of Nokia and after that I checked several times & the messages found in that site are as follows:

08-16 Serial number added to the system.
08-19 Address information analyze initiated.
08-22 Replacement battery is in delivery.
10-09 Serial number added to the system.
10-09 Address information analyze initiated.
10-09 Replacement battery is in delivery.
In this situation my Nokia Handset is in an idle condition & due to risk of any chances of accident I am not using it till now. In the mean time I have contacted Nokia care, Garpar several times but they told me that replacement battery is not come yet please try later. I am totally fade up & Please suggest me how can I get rid of this embarrasing situation as Nokia is a giant company and I am a very very little general human being. Please don't take this as an complain but please help me to get that replacement of the battery at the earliest and so that I can use my mobile as before.
