My self ashutosh gulia, i had given my mobile on 19th Jan

Warranty Ref No. - APAINY101295911

Target Delivery Date - 19/Jan

But till today i have not got any type of positive feed back from your customer care executive side, they are still trying to pending my case. The only problem in my phone is that my key pad is not working properly.

I just want to know is it my fault to give my phone on repair to your service centre (Global Communication Janak Puri New Delhi -110058). I think i should not had given on my phone to repair if this kind of service provided to the customer by your service centre.
