Unrepaired Status of A handset

I had submitted my nokia handset to HCL Nokia Care ltd on 11th of march. I was told that the set will be repaired on 14th of march. But unfortunately the nokia people did not communicate me that the handset has developed a problem in Main Display and the keypad problem which was reported could not be solved and that my set is expected to be repaired on 24th of this month.
