Memory card of n73 is not working

I have deposited my n73 2 gb memory card to MOBILE UNIQUE, PARBIRHATA SRIPALLY, G T ROAD, BURDWAN-3, BURDWAN on 22-02 due to some problem in memory card. My job sheet no is-314343506/080222/5. But till I have not received the card, initially they told me that I will get it within 10 days, but it is more than 28 days, but not received the same. They are not able provide any exact date for the same. I am really astronish to see the service that I am getting a company like NOKIA.
