Dear Sir,

I had purchased a nokia E 52 handset from an authorised nokia dealer in sector 22 chandigarh in the month of june. The warrenty number is GLBINY523468536 and IMEI number is 351996043421522 Product code 059B9B4For the last one month it has been giving me problem it goes on auto mute mode while talking a sign of speaker appears with a cross on it and the volume indicator falls to 0 .I visited a nokia authorised service centre in sector 35 A on 24th of march they did attend me but i was returned the hand set the same evening mentioning its ok and the soft ware was uploaded again i visited them on 30th march they kept the handset it was opened and returned the next day saying its ok and the soft ware was uploaded i was told to use it for 2 days by removing the memory card i did as said the problem was the same then the memory card was inserted and the problem was the same again i visited them on 11th april and when i gave them they said we have to remove the lamination i told them to do so they said there was a crack in it where as i am a very careful person while handeling my things it was ok till i gave them on 30 march and they had damaged while opening the said hanset. When i used it after the opening i could feel as if something is loose inside when i told them this they said the battery is loose. Yesterday when i visited them i was told that it will take min 2 to 3 days and may be it is sent to noida. I dont know what to do. Please can you look into the matter and do the need full at the earlist
