Dear sir,
this is to inform you that i purchased a nokia cell phone, model 5310 two months back. there was a problem in its display just a few days later and i had given it to the nokia centre at secunderabad. and it has been a month now, i haven't received my cell phone back.
every time i call them they say that it has been sent to the company as there is some problem with the motherboard and needs to be replaced. if that is the case then the cell phone should be replaced and i should receive a new set as it is still well within the warranty period.

i request you to take the required action as soon as possible as 1month has been quite a long time and i've had to face a lot of inconvenience due to the same.
