It is now one year I have not received my passport

I have submitted my application on " 17/11/08 " and i still see same no update on the "Regional Passport Office, Bangalore" website I had been to passport office couple of times and after standing there in a queue for hours together i get a response your application is with us for further processing.

Disgusting, I don’t know how to take it forward I also don’t get any email ID which I can write to and also there is no phone number or any escalation point that I can go to..

Can someone help me please...
