This time Nokia has manufactured a disaster. Nokia C-7 is a disaster. I had received a replacement for my faulty C - 7 handset (first handset got dead after 4 days of buying it). The new replaced handset also got dead within a month & is again being sent to delhi for repair. I dont even know what is the issue with this handset. Never expected from Nokia. Now i dont feel like having this mobile. I have lost my data due to the inefficiency of this handset, not once but twice. I just need my money back as it is clear this model of Nokia is 100% disaster. Even if you give me a new replacement i wont accept it as I have lost my faith in Nokia. I am fully dissatisfied & have suffered enough mental agony due to this deficiency in your service as well as in your handset & inconvenience faced due to the non availability of my phone.
