Delay in delivery of mobile

Sir,

I had given my mobile phone NOKIA 5610D (IMEI no. 358652018212551) for repair to NOKIA CARE CENTRE at Shop no. 19-20, Ist floor, opp. Laxmi Mandir Cinema, Tonk Road, Jaipur 302015 Ph. no. 0141-4030043 on 23/07 but they still refuse to give my mobile. I had suffered many problems because of this delaying. Kindly Take my complaint and also take a immediate an action against this Dealer.
