This is in reference to jobsheet no. 1200239808 raised with Nokia Service Center Noida. My nokia cellophone which is in very warranty is lying with Nokia service center for the last 23 days for repair purpose. I deposited my cellphone on the 12/08 as it was not getting switched on. As per their jobsheet the delivery date was 16/08. Howevew everytime I went there to get my cellphone, they told me that it was under repair. Finally I got it back on 26/08. I used it for a few hours and discovered that it was still having the same problems. Either it was not getting switched on or it was automatically getting switched off. I went to the Nokia service center once again and told them that the cellphone was not working properly even after it was repaired. They asked me to submit it once again and the delivery date was 30/08 but I have not got my cellphone back till date. I have followed up with them a number of times but i do not get any satisfactory response. It has been a very long time and i feel completely paralysed without my cellphone. I even warned them that if they do not take care of my request, i'll be left with no other option but to take recourse of Consumer forum. But they did not pay any heed to my warning. Now I want them to replace my handset, i do not want it to be repaired as i already have suffered a lot.
