Activation for miss call alert

I have tried last five days for activation of miss call alert service i have called many times to customer care but they didnot provide any sortout for the problems i have aslo tried many times by dialing *135*2# but on my cell phone screen shows request not completed so i have a humble requset to activate this miss call alert service on my mobile no 9971313837
