Delivery not in time

I have given my nokia 2630 phone for repair it is in warranty the problem is the loudspeakar of handset is damage they are telling me it is not avaliable if there is shortage why they are selling the product in market & if they are selling they must give good services my phone is under kustub telecom nokia care dhobi ghat pune 1 jobsheet no:523434038/080911/14 dt 11.09.2008.
