Handset E 90 For Repai

My nokia E90 phone which was purchased on 16-04-08 from an authorised nokia dealer in Indore. On 4th October my voice was not going out of the phone to the caller/reciever. So I went to M/s Gayatri Incorporation an authorised repair centre of Nokia in Indore on 4th October (JOB SHEET NUMBER:014343506/081004/73). I was told that the handset would go to L3 Level for repairs. Than i received a call on 14th oct from the same service centre that the handset is not repairable & it would be swapped with a same E 90. After repeated calls to the service centre till today i.e 01/11/08 nothing has been done. Please help me in this regards. I was very much dependent on my E-90.If nokia advertises these phones as buisiness Phones, It should understand the importance of the same.

This kind of pathetic service from nokia was never expected. I would surely lodge a complain in consumer forum.
