Without my permission updated my mobile s/w and not give me jobsheet

Dear Sr. Manager,

sir,

I am very tired, service of nokia care in shakarpur, Delhi branch.

No body help me.

I am going to the service center n complaint my mobile N-72 battery had been discharged in 12 to 13 hr so help me.

than i take a responce ok mam,

Just wait.

I have wait at 1/2hr. after he is told to me mam ur mobile is ready he is updated.my cell phone without my permission and not give to me a jobsheet, updated when i have asked than misbehave to me.

My all details, contact no are deleted.

what can i do.

and my problem is same, no solution pls pls pls help me
