I purchased my Nokia N73-music edition from a an authorised dealer at Shimoga, Karnataka, after almost 9 months, its volume/zoom switch was not working. I took it to the Nokia care at shimoga, karnatka, India. They took three days and now they are telling that its switch is broken and cannot be repaired under warranty, as it is a physical damage. It is a total lie. Just because they are unable to repair it, they are telling lies that it does not come under warranty. I have paid a dear price for this. Can any one tell me what to do in this situation. If Nokia care does not care about customers, which is the best forum to nail these people. You might have come across such problems. Can we go to consumer courts. If Nokia care is reading this, please reply to this. My job sheet no. 254434038/080325/86 and my set serial no. is 353641019086424.
