I was purchase Nokia 6270 December 16th.
problem was (1) power doesnot off or power doesnot on.
(2) Network problem
I had been given above handset to your authorised service centre at Nagpur by name rj trade on dec.15th as on 14th was sunday.
They accepted the waranty of above handset, they asked me come after fifteen days. From that day i am takeing follow up but only i am getting answer that you will get your handset after 5days, 10days, tomorrow, dayafter tomorrow. From dec.15th i expend nearly Rs. But i didnot got it. I am suffering from last five month. Today i decided to take a correct action on nokia care who sell me the product whose costing was 17000/Rs. As well as service centre. Still i controll my patience for five days.
If necessary action is not taken within five days then i will take a action.
